Titus is a bright and sweet boy who is currently in foster care with his siblings. He loves to play outside. He also loves to watch SpongeBob. He is such a funny kid who will instantly try to cheer anyone up. He always has a smile and rarely gets upset, even when his siblings are creating a fuss.

Titus loves interactive learning games but currently shares one tablet with his mom and five siblings so he rarely gets a turn. Having his own would give him more time to play and learn.
