Calissa is a bright and kind young woman currently living with her grandparents through foster care. She had hoped to establish guardianship with them, but due to delays in the court process, she will likely turn 18 before this can be completed, which may also extend her time in foster care. She enjoys living with her grandparents, but she is often hesitant to ask for things because she worries about being a burden, even though that is not the case.
