Diego is a resilient and thoughtful young person with a big heart. Since entering foster care, he has experienced three different placements, each shaping his strength and adaptability. Now, he’s with a foster family working toward adoption, and he’s finally starting to feel safe, supported, and at home. Diego loves basketball and is excited to join the school team this year. He’s active, motivated, and thrives when he’s part of a team. He also enjoys drawing, video games, and building with Legos. His creativity and problem-solving skills shine through in everything he does.

Diego is asking for new school uniforms so he can start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn. Having the proper uniform will help remove barriers, allow him to feel comfortable fitting in with his peers, and give him the confidence to focus on his education and school activities.
