Eli is a twin who is on the brink of some big changes. With the help of his caseworker, he’ll soon be moving into his first apartment and starting his very first job. It hasn’t been an easy journey; Eli came into foster care homeless but still managed to keep his grades up and graduate on time. Balancing all that was tough, but he made it through. When he gets some downtime, Eli loves playing video games and hanging out with his friends. Exciting times are ahead for him!

Eli is at an exciting crossroads in his life, turning 18 and graduating from high school all at once. His old cell phone, a reliable companion through the years, is showing its age with a cracked screen and a dented body. When asked what he wants for his birthday, his first big celebration since he was eight, Eli’s eyes lit up as he said, “a new phone.”
