Anthony is a resilient and determined young man who has demonstrated remarkable strength and perseverance despite experiencing significant adversity throughout his childhood. Beginning at the age of six, Anthony spent several years in and out of the foster care system due to parental instability and a lack of consistent care. After initially being placed in foster care, he was later reunified with his mother. Unfortunately, the challenges continued, and Anthony was eventually placed in the care of his grandmother. Despite her best efforts, his grandmother was ultimately unable to provide long-term care for Anthony and his siblings. Throughout these hardships, Anthony remained committed to his education and personal growth. His determination and resilience enabled him to overcome numerous obstacles and successfully graduate high school. He is excited to begin college studying radiography.

Anthony is requesting a laptop because it is an essential resource for succeeding in college and he does not have the financial means to purchase one on his own. As he begins his studies in the Radiography, he will rely on a laptop to complete coursework, access online learning platforms, conduct research, submit assignments, and communicate with professors and classmates. Having a dependable laptop would allow Anthony to stay organized, manage his class schedule, take notes, and complete projects efficiently. It will be useful whether he is on campus, at home, or studying between classes and wrestling practices.
