Journae is an incredibly kind, compassionate, and intelligent young woman who has overcome many challenges with remarkable resilience. Despite facing significant hardships throughout her life, she has persevered largely on her own. In pursuit of a safer, more stable future, she made the courageous decision to relocate from Northern California to San Diego to leave behind an unsafe family environment. Since then, Journae has made tremendous progress. She recently moved into a transitional housing program, successfully completed her high school education through an online program, and is actively seeking employment. She is also committed to improving her mental health and is intentionally focusing on her personal growth, healing, and building a positive future for herself.

Journae is excited to continue making her new apartment feel like a safe, comfortable place to call home. After recently moving into a new housing program, she has been slowly working toward furnishing and decorating her space. As a young adult who is building her life independently, every item she receives helps make her apartment feel more welcoming and truly her own. Journae's favorite color is pink, and she hopes to create a cheerful, cozy home that reflects her personality. A matching pink bathroom accessories set, including a shower curtain, bath rug, toilet brush holder, soap dispenser, toothbrush holder, and trash can, would help transform her bathroom into a space she can take pride in.
