Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationLiam is the oldest of 3 siblings and recently entered foster care. He is a protector by nature and cares for his sister and brother. He is very active and loves riding bikes, running outside, playing with trucks, and has recently learned that he loves swimming in the pool or going to the water park.
Liam recently entered foster care with his two siblings and had to leave some comfort items behind. He loves to snuggle with a soft blanket and would be thrilled to receive one with his name on it. It would make him feel so special and loved to receive this blanket.
