Isaiah was just born, but his mother is incarcerated. Isaiah was placed in a foster home with his older brother who is so thankful they get to be together. The foster mother has built a strong relationship with the biological mother, and she asked that the brothers stay together. Isaiah was born almost a month early and only weighs 5lbs. He is healthy and doing well and will be loved by his big brother and foster family.
