Frank is a very special kid who brightens every room he enters. He is active and loves to laugh. Although he has autism and is nonverbal, that doesn't prevent him from communicating with those who take the time to understand him. Frank has been in foster care for quite some time, separated from his siblings due to his high needs. He is working hard in therapy and school and is making great progress.

There is no better feeling than being celebrated on your birthday! This wish will provide an extra special surprise to open on their big day and remind them just how loved, valued, and remembered they are.
