Gia has been part of our family since she was adopted after spending her early childhood in foster care. Although she has faced many challenges throughout her life, she continues to show incredible resilience, determination, and strength. Every day, she works hard to overcome obstacles while embracing the people and activities she loves. Gia is neurodivergent and is homeschooled. While she struggles to connect with peers and often finds social situations challenging, she has a wonderfully creative spirit that shines through in everything she does. She loves listening to music, creating art, and expressing herself through fashion design. Whether she's sketching a new outfit, working on an art project, or enjoying her favorite songs, she uses her creativity to express herself and find joy. One of Gia's greatest strengths is her perseverance. Despite the challenges she faces, she continues to move forward with courage and hope. Watching her grow has been an incredible privilege, and her resilience inspires everyone who knows her. She is a bright, creative young woman with a caring heart and endless potential.

Gia is wishing to attend theater classes because music and the arts are where she feels most like herself. As a neurodivergent teen who is homeschooled and has struggled to connect with peers, creative outlets have become an important way for her to express her emotions, build confidence, and discover her strengths. The academy's classes help students develop acting, singing, dancing, and other performing arts skills in a supportive environment.
