KFS&CApple is a wonderful young girl who has autism and a seizure disorder. She doesn’t talk a lot, which makes it hard for her to interact with others, but she shows her feelings through her love of music and dance. This is when she really shines with happiness. She lives with her loving single mother and two siblings, who also have autism. Taking care of a home with children who have special needs can be tough, but her mom works very hard to give them all love and support. Recently, Apple started ABA therapy, and she has already made great progress. She is learning important skills like washing dishes, tracing, and managing situations that could overwhelm her. These are important steps toward becoming more independent and confident. Her behavior analyst and therapist are committed to helping her connect with others and navigate the world better.
Apple is a wonderful young girl who brings so much love and joy to those around her, despite facing challenges with autism and a severe seizure disorder. As she prepares to start school in September, she has recently had a significant growth spurt, leaving her in urgent need of new tops that fit her properly. Apple's current shirts often ride up when she sits, which has unfortunately led to her being teased by others at the park. Providing her with new, well-fitting clothes would not only ensure her physical comfort but also help her feel confident and secure, protecting her from further hurt and allowing her to focus on the excitement of starting school. This thoughtful gift would make a world of difference in her daily life and self-esteem, helping her feel comfortable and proud as she begins her school year.
