Deidre is currently enrolled in an associate's program with the long-term goal of working in the mental health field. In her spare time, she hangs out with her sisters or dotes on her daughter.
Deidre is juggling more than most: an Associate's degree, a new job, and raising her 3-year-old daughter, all while navigating anxiety and depression. On her hardest days, music is what brings her back to center—a small but powerful escape from the weight of it all.
