Rena is a creative and imaginative young girl who expresses herself through art. She loves drawing, creating, and bringing her ideas to life through artistic expression. Art has become an important outlet for Rena, allowing her to communicate emotions, build confidence, and showcase her unique perspective of the world. Rena currently resides with relatives as a result of her mother's struggle with addiction. Although she has a loving support system, she continues to cope with the emotional impact of feeling disconnected from her mother and the rejection that often accompanies that experience. Like many children facing family challenges, Rena sometimes struggles to understand why circumstances have unfolded the way they have. What makes Rena remarkable is her ability to continue finding beauty and hope despite adversity. She is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly talented. Through her creativity, she demonstrates strength beyond her years and a determination to keep moving forward.

Rena would love a new pair of school shoes to help her start the year feeling prepared and confident. A comfortable pair of shoes would allow her to participate in school activities, recess, and physical education without worry while giving her something she is proud to wear each day.
