Samantha is a bright, thoughtful, and resilient young person who is currently navigating a difficult period of self-discovery. Recently learning that she was adopted has led her to ask important questions about her identity, background, and where she fits within her family story. While this new information has created confusion and emotional challenges, it has also begun a journey of understanding herself more deeply. As she processes this life-changing revelation, Samantha has experienced a range of emotions, including sadness, uncertainty, curiosity, and a desire for answers. Like many young people facing questions about identity and belonging, she is working to make sense of her experiences while continuing to build confidence in who she is. Despite these challenges, Samantha remains a caring, intelligent, and determined individual with tremendous potential. She continues to work on developing healthy coping skills, building self-confidence, and embracing the qualities that make her unique. Supportive relationships and positive experiences play an important role in helping her feel secure and valued during this time.

Samantha would love new school clothes to help her feel her best as she returns to school. Having clothing she enjoys wearing would increase her confidence, encourage positive self-esteem, and help her make a smooth transition into the new school year.
