Karina is an outgoing and vibrant young woman whose warm personality lights up every room she enters. She has a positive attitude and approaches life with resilience and determination. Over the past few years, Karina has been involved in the foster care system and is connected to many support services available to help her achieve independence. She is connected to programs that provide assistance with housing, mentorship, and independent living skills. Recently, Karina moved into an extended foster care housing program and is learning how to navigate living on her own for the first time. Karina is also committed to her education and is majoring in psychology. She is dedicated to her studies and continues working hard toward achieving her academic and career goals. Outside of school, Karina enjoys spending time with her friends and making the most of her free time. Whether she's trying new restaurants, relaxing at the beach, or simply enjoying the company of those she cares about, she values experiences that allow her to recharge and create lasting memories.

As Karina continues pursuing her psychology degree, she is excited to begin another year of learning and is committed to giving her best effort in each of her classes.
