Alyssa is a vibrant young woman who loves life. She enjoys dancing, crystals, and exploring personal energy. She takes pride in her appearance and always wears makeup and styles her hair. Although Alyssa has struggled with the absence of her mother, she remains strong and hopeful about what life has to offer. She aspires to pursue a future in cosmetology.

Alyssa is working hard to finish her GED and is excited to start cosmetology school this fall. She has a real passion for doing hair and makeup, and she dreams of one day working on Broadway, bringing that same creativity to the stage. To help her get a head start before school begins, Alyssa is hoping for a Cosmetology Hair School Kit, a state board approved practice set with a mannequin head, styling tools, and clippers, so she can start practicing her craft right away and walk into her first day of school ready to shine. This kit will give Alyssa the chance to start mastering her skills
