Therapeutic Interagency ProgramEvanston is a sweet boy with a cute little laugh. He loves to watch what the big kids are doing, and he loves trying new foods. He is a joy to be with!
This birthday is going to be extra special for Evanston. It will be the first time he truly understands what it means to be celebrated, and watching that realization unfold on his face is going to be a beautiful moment for everyone around him. When he unwraps a gift featuring his favorite rescue pup and firetruck, there's no doubt his excitement will be through the roof. It's the kind of gift that will light up his whole face and make this birthday one to remember.
