Danika, 15 years old, MO

MO DSS Children's Division - St. Francois CountyDanika is an incredible person currently residing in foster care who has navigated significant hardships in her short life with remarkable strength and determination. Despite the challenges she has faced, she works hard every day to overcome them while maintaining a deeply grateful and humble spirit. She rarely asks for anything for herself and appreciates every bit of support she receives. Her resilience, kindness, and positive attitude make a lasting impression on everyone around her.
Danika has a deep appreciation for photography and views capturing images as a true art form. She would love to receive an instant polaroid camera, which she describes as having a wonderful "vintage" feel. An Instax camera would provide that classic style while also offering fun modern features like creative frames and decorations, allowing her to express her artistic creativity and preserve her favorite memories in a tangible way.
