Joseph is a very resilient child. He is funny and caring. He works hard in school and is the first to help around the house. Joseph lives with only his mom and his siblings. Due to severe poverty and family circumstances, him and his family have needed extra support. Even though Joseph has been through a lot at such a young age, he remains happy and spreads joy wherever he goes. Joesph's hobbies include soccer, basketball and cooking with his mom.

Joseph is officially starting his first year of basketball! Joseph has never played on a team before, and he is very excited to make friends. He loves the Golden State Warriors, and he looks up to Steph Curry. Basketball will be a great outlet for Joseph and will help him socialize with peers. Unfortunately, due to financial crisis, Joseph's mother will be unable to purchase him basketball shoes.
