Victoria recently began having visitations with her mother, which she eagerly looks forward to. However, due to a lack of transportation, they have only been able to meet at the park. Victoria's mother has a friend who is willing to help with transportation, but she needs a car seat. Her mother has been working hard to reunify with Victoria; she recently started a job and is trying to save for an apartment. She is requesting assistance in obtaining a car seat so she can take Victoria to other places and continue rebuilding their bond.
