Makari is a vibrant boy who has been in foster care since he was just ten weeks old. He was born with an addiction and faced some challenges during his early weeks, but he has made significant progress and is doing great now. He was recently adopted and shares a special bond with his sister. Makari loves being active, running, jumping, scootering, and playing with cars, trains, and figurines. He is a determined little fighter and continues to thrive in all aspects of his life.

Makari is a lively, active little boy who spent his summer running outside, playing with friends, and putting plenty of miles on his shoes. As he prepares to step into a big new chapter—starting Pre-K for the very first time—he needs a durable new pair of sneakers to keep up with his boundless energy. Having fresh, supportive shoes will ensure he can run, jump, and play comfortably on the playground while feeling confident as he walks into his new classroom every day.
