Tatum is in care for the third time in his short life. He has faced so many obstacles and disappointments but continues to have a cheery personality. He is such a smart kid and loves to go to school. His favorite color is red and he loves to McDonald's. He says when he grows up he wants to be veterinarian. He is so sweet and caring and makes sure his brother is always taken care of.

Tatum is a deeply caring and thoughtful kid who consistently goes out of his way to help those around him. While he loves giving back to others, he also values having quiet time to recharge and unwind on his own.
