Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is 5 years old and growing by leaps and bounds! Over the summer, he has made wonderful progress, walking better and using his arms and legs more each day. As he continues to grow and become more active, he has quickly outgrown his pants. With the start of school just weeks away, Jac would love a few new pairs of pants that fit comfortably and allow him to move freely. A updated wardrobe will help him feel comfortable, confident, and ready for this exciting new chapter.
