KFS&CJay is a special boy who loves exploring, climbing, and music. Due to circumstances outside of his control, he was born prematurely and is struggling to meet developmental milestones. However, despite his challenges, he is a fighter and will continue to advance at his pace.
Jay and his twin brother will soon be turning 5! Jay would love to celebrate his special day with his favorite meal—pancakes! Being able to enjoy his favorite breakfast at his favorite restaurant with his family would bring Jay so much happiness. A special birthday outing filled with pancakes, laughter, and family would create a wonderful memory he can treasure for a long time.
