Lucy is a shining light to everyone around her. She comes from a large family of siblings, and although foster care prevented her from being placed with them, she maintains contact with her younger twin sisters. Lucy has a passion for all things related to Wicked. She also enjoys singing along to worship music with her family at church. Recently, Lucy has been thrilled to welcome a new best friend into her life: her kitten!

Lucy has been struggling a lot lately. The trauma of her past has brought about some big emotions and behaviors. Her family has her enrolled in play therapy and are finding the techniques and strategies so helpful! One thing that helps Lucy immensely is bouncing on their giant inflatable tire; a jungle jumparoo! This is when Lucy is most relaxed and talks. She’s getting sensory input and can focus on talking through things. Having one at home would mean she has a safe place to go and self soothe when emotions overtake her. For years to come, this will help Lucy handle her emotions and stress levels.
