KFS&CJax is a sweet boy whose smile lights up the room. Like most children his age, he loves Paw Patrol, Cocomelon, and Sesame Street. However, Jax is different because he has been diagnosed with autism, a sensory disorder, and a speech delay. For him, every day is a struggle to find ways to communicate with his family in a way they can understand. Jax experienced a breakthrough when he spoke his first word at the age of five; his first word was "mama."
Jax can’t wait to get back to school next month! He loves learning and is excited to see his friends again. Jax is in need of a new book bag to carry his school supplies and help him stay organized. A new book bag would give Jax the confidence to start the school year feeling prepared, excited, and ready to learn.
