Garret entered foster care shortly after his fourth birthday due to severe developmental delays, such as limited speech and being in diapers. Through extensive therapies and a stable, loving home environment, he has made significant progress and has blossomed into a sweet, caring, and eager-to-learn little boy. His favorite activities include riding his bike, building forts for himself and his baby brothers to play in, "working" on projects with his tools, and creating elaborate "homes" with his favorite toy: magnet tiles.

Garret has a huge passion for music and is eager to learn how to play the guitar! Learning alongside his soon-to-be adoptive dad will give them a special activity to share, bond over, and practice together. An acoustic guitar set will nurture Garret's love for music while helping create lasting, joyful memories with his dad as their family grows closer.
