Griff has been in foster care since he was very small, has never known anything else, and is thriving with his foster family. He is a rowdy, goofy boy whose energy brings joy wherever he goes. He is the youngest of three boys and is always eager to keep up with his older brothers. He is happiest outside, climbing, exploring, and staying on the move. He loves animals and spends much of his day pretending to be them and copying their sounds. He also has a vivid imagination, is obsessed with superheroes and sword-fighting, and loves battling his brothers with sticks in the yard. When the day winds down, he enjoys watching movies with his family.

Griff is a lively, fun-loving little guy, and lately his favorite thing is watching his dad play the drums at church. He has decided he wants to be a drummer too. He turns everything he picks up into a drumstick, and every table, pot, and chair into a drum. As the youngest of three boys, he is always eager to do what the big kids do, and a mini drum set would let him play right alongside his dad. With all his energy and imagination, Griff would put it to good use, building his creativity and musical skills. It would also give him a way to share something he loves with a person he looks up to.
