Natalie has been in foster care for a little over a year, and during that time, she has been working through some big changes for someone her age. Transitions have been hard for her, new homes, new routines, and new adults to trust. Despite these challenges, Natalie is incredibly resilient. She’s learning to feel safe again and growing more comfortable expressing her feelings with the help of patient caregivers. Creative play has become one of the ways she works through her worries. Natalie also enjoys going to the park, jumping on trampolines, and riding her bike. Natalie likes to help in the kitchen and wants to be a chef one day.

Natalie is wishing for a Kindle Fire tablet to help her practice reading and build fundamental learning skills. Interactive digital tools and educational applications provide a supportive, engaging way for children to develop literacy, improve reading comprehension, and practice at their own pace. Having her own learning tablet will boost Natalie's academic confidence and give her a fun, rewarding way to strengthen her skills both at home and on the go.
