A Spanish Bible for Delilah to strengthen her faith

Delilah, 15 years old, TX

Wish submitted by:

Gateway of Hope

Delilah is a thoughtful and resilient person currently living in a residential foster home. Although she was born in the United States, she spent much of her life in Mexico, and Spanish is her primary language. She is now adjusting to a new environment while also learning English and navigating a language barrier. Delilah has faced significant challenges in her life, but she continues to show strength and a desire to move forward. She enjoys spending time with others, participating in activities, and being part of the home community. With support and encouragement, she is steadily building confidence and working toward a brighter future.

Delilah has a deep appreciation for her faith, and having a Bible written in Spanish would mean the world to her. Being able to read and understand Scripture in the language where she feels most at ease would enhance her spiritual journey. With her own Bible, Delilah would have a personal source of encouragement and reflection, helping her connect with her faith more profoundly while she navigates life in a residential foster care group home.
