Fostering Hope - BucksAJ is a kind young man who was living in kinship foster care with his grandmother until her health began to decline. He has since been placed in a traditional foster family along with his little brother and is adjusting well to this new situation. AJ performs well in school and has discovered a passion for music. He takes guitar lessons weekly, which is helping him tremendously with his overall mental health.
AJ is eagerly anticipating a fresh pair of New Balances to kick off the school year. As he prepares to start at his new school and settle into his family’s home, he feels a sense of excitement and hope. For the first time in his life, he has found a sense of permanency, and he’s ready to embrace a new beginning. With this new pair of sneakers, AJ believes he will find the normalcy and confidence he needs to navigate his next adventure.
