Braydon is a thoughtful and resilient young man who has faced incredible challenges while navigating life in foster care. After being abandoned by his parents and losing contact with his family, he has had to cope with a tremendous amount of loss and uncertainty without the family support many young people rely on. Through it all, Braydon has found strength and purpose in sports, using basketball, baseball, and football as positive outlets that keep him active and engaged. He loves being outdoors, staying busy, and participating in activities that give him something to look forward to each day. Sports provide Braydon with more than exercise; they offer opportunities to build friendships, experience teamwork, and channel his energy into something positive when life feels difficult. His resilience and determination continue to shine through as he works to move forward and build a brighter future for himself.

A punching bag would give Braydon a healthy and constructive way to release some of the excess energy and frustration he carries with him. With everything he has experienced this year, having a safe physical outlet could help him work through difficult emotions without allowing them to build up inside. Boxing and exercise can provide structure, improve focus, and give Braydon something positive to turn to when he is feeling overwhelmed. It would also allow him to stay active, which is something he already enjoys and naturally gravitates toward through sports. Having a punching bag at home could become a reliable coping tool that helps him manage stress while building strength, confidence, and self-discipline. Most importantly, it would give Braydon another positive way to take care of himself and keep moving forward during a challenging time in his life.
