Mary is a joy who loves pink, purple, and anything girly. She hasn't yet said what she wants to be when she grows up, but everything excites her. Her favorite way to pass time is with her younger sister. Mary lost her younger brother, and this has been a huge challenge for her. She often talks about him and looks up at the stars every night, saying her baby brother is there. She is such a wonderful big sister through it all.

Mary loves being outside. She has been asking her dad for a bike and wants him to teach her how to ride it. Her dad has been saving for a bike, but as a single father who recently lost his job, he can't afford one. He shared that it breaks his heart not to be able to provide a bike for his daughter, who has already been through so much. A new bike would bring much-needed joy to Mary and some relief to her father, who is doing all he can.
