Arnie was born substance-exposed and placed with his cousin. He had several medical issues and has been struggling to reach his milestones. Despite these struggles, he is the happiest, sweetest baby. He immediately greets you with a huge smile, he loves playing with the cat and is enjoying eating table foods.

Arnie loves taking strolls around the apartment complex, enjoying the fresh air and exploring his surroundings in his stroller. However, since his cousin recently had a baby, their outings have become more challenging; they can't go as often as they'd like because their single stroller isn't equipped to accommodate both babies. A double stroller would be a perfect solution, allowing Arnie and his cousin's little one to enjoy adventures together and make the most of their time outside.
