Victor is a fun-loving teenager in foster care who has autism and developmental delays. He is a huge fan of Pokémon and YouTube, and during his free time, he loves nothing more than relaxing and watching his favorite TV shows.

Victor loved using his iPad for Pokémon, YouTube videos, and educational games. Unfortunately, the device was lost during a recent placement change. Although his caseworker has tried to find a sponsor to replace it, they have not yet succeeded. Having an iPad again would bring Victor comfort and a well-deserved sense of normalcy amidst all the changes in his life.
