Alexys entered foster care when she was fourteen, and it was a difficult time for her. She is very grateful for the academic support she received, which inspired her to pursue her career and work towards a master's degree. In her free time, she likes to work out, and her favorite sport is boxing. She also enjoys traveling, art, and makeup. She loves staying connected to her culture and embracing her heritage.

Alexys is a dedicated Sports Medicine student working toward a career in injury recovery and care. To manage her hands-on training and coursework, she is wishing for an iPad. Having a device will allow Alexys to access study materials, track client care during practical sessions, and stay organized on the go. This removes a major barrier as she prepares to serve others.
