He is working every day to learn to be more independent and to regulate his emotions. Kelbe is a kind and funny young man who can light up a room with his personality. He loves all things technology and watching YouTube.
Kelbe is nonverbal and is allowed to visit his mom in the community, but only when a staff member is willing and able to drive him there. Many staff members can't afford the extra gas money since they aren't reimbursed for these trips. A gas gift card would make it easier for staff to take Kelbe to see the mom he loves so much. It's a small thing that would open up more time together for Kelbe and his mom.
