Alex is funny, kind and just like any boy his age; however due to trauma in his life he can shut down at times and become very introverted and withdrawn. He has been in placement for a few years and has moved multiple time. He likes to be active and play outside with his friends. He enjoys playing basketball and baseball the most. When he gets upset, he likes to be left alone and stays in his room and watches TV or plays with Legos.

Alex recently moved to a new placement and wasn't able to bring his PlayStation. After doing really well this past year, having to start over somewhere new wasn't easy. Even so, Alex has stayed in good spirits through it. Having a PlayStation of his own would give him a way to unwind and simply be a kid again, and a chance to connect with other kids his age through games, whether they're in the same room or playing online. This time, it would also be something that's fully his, so wherever he ends up next, at least this one thing can go with him.
