Having spent most of her life in foster care, Xaria is working hard to provide the stability she never had for her two young children. Her main priority is to ensure her family is taken care of, safe, and happy. Xaria maintains her own one-bedroom apartment and hopes to become a certified nursing assistant. She is intelligent, a hard worker and loving mother. With the right support, she has the skills to be successful in life.
Xaria's oldest son is celebrating his birthday after a difficult year of family transitions, and he's been struggling emotionally through it all. Squishy toys would give him something small and comforting to reach for, a bit of stress relief and fun on the harder days. Xaria is also facing real financial strain right now, having taken a month off work to care for her grandmother after a medical procedure, so being able to give her son something that makes his birthday feel special this year would mean a great deal to her too.
