MO DSS Children's Division - St. Francois CountyKali recently moved back in with her mom and brothers after time in foster care. She loves playing pretend tea parties kitchen and princesses and she's obsessed with Bluey and Miss Rachel.
Kali loves Bluey, and she loves having her hair fixed by her mom even more. A Bluey bow would be the perfect finishing touch to that little routine, giving her something special to wear that ties together two of her favorite things.
