Jeremiah is a bright and energetic young boy who enjoys playing video games, spending time outside, playing sports, and being around his family. Sadly, just before the start of the school year, Jeremiah unexpectedly lost his mother in a tragic act of violence. His family has been focused on grieving, healing, and adjusting to this sudden loss. Jeremiah is doing his best to return to school and keep enjoying the things he loves while navigating this difficult change in his young life.

Jeremiah is going through an incredibly tough time after losing his mother just before school started. Instead of enjoying the last bits of summer by getting excited about new clothes and supplies, he and his family are trying to cope with this heartbreaking loss. As he heads back to school, he’s also dealing with the challenge of not having all the things he needs. We want to help him by providing a new pair of shoes, something that can make a world of difference in how he feels as he steps into this new chapter. It’s a small gesture, but it shows Jeremiah he has a caring community around him, ready to support him through these challenging times.
