Andrew is an amazing teenager who loves music, school, and working hard. He entered foster care with his younger brother and has lived in different homes before finding a supportive pre-adoptive placement. As a barista, he enjoys learning about coffee flavors and working with his team. Andrew dreams of pursuing a career in the biomed or biotech industry and is considering graduate studies in entomology as he applies to various universities. While he has been a great caretaker for his brother, he is now enjoying the chance to explore his interests and be a kid in a nurturing environment.

At his new school, Andrew doesn't get many chances to express his personal style through clothing, since a uniform is required most days. One exception is dress-down days, when students pay a small fee to wear their own clothes, with the money going toward community service or charity. Andrew would love a nice pair of jeans to wear on these occasions, giving him the chance to feel proud of how he looks while also contributing to a good cause. It's a small opportunity, but one that means a lot to him, both to express himself and to be part of something bigger than himself.
