NJ DCFS - Burlington CountyJosiah and his mother have been struggling for the past year and are currently without stable housing. Despite their circumstances, Josiah remains positive and tries to make his mom smile all the time. He deals with chronic asthma but loves playing and watching soccer, and he loves to draw, making pictures for his family and teachers. He can't wait to grow up and become a police officer.
Josiah urgently needs several things to get ready for school: clothes he hasn't outgrown, hygiene products, school supplies, and new shoes. He and his mother currently live in a motel and are struggling financially, making it difficult to gather everything he needs before the school year begins. Because he needs several different types of items at once, a single shopping trip to one store- somewhere he could get clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and school supplies all in one stop- would make the biggest difference, saving time and easing the burden of trying to piece everything together separately.
