Macee is an amazing young girl who currently lives in a foster care home. She was previously adopted but after four months, the family decided they did not want to keep her. Macee was separated from two siblings and lived with one until recently. Now back in foster care, she has been separated from her three siblings. Despite this, Macee remains positive and happy. She enjoys playing at the park, swimming, and doing outdoor activities. Macee is intelligent, funny, outgoing, and always lights up the room with her big smile.

Macee has struggled to find effective coping tools as she works through her trauma. Having recently moved into a potential adoptive home, she's learning new skills to help her manage difficult emotions, especially during rough nights when outbursts can feel hard to avoid. A squishy toy set, filled with a variety of textures and items she can squeeze, hold, and fidget with, would give her something tactile to turn to in those moments, helping her self-soothe and regulate rather than react. Having several different squishy toys on hand means Macee can find what works best for her in the moment, giving her more tools to cope through hard nights as she continues settling into her new home.
