Kingston is a cheerful little one! He has been in care since birth due to drug exposure, but he has been thriving with his foster family. He loves to look at lights and watch his foster siblings play.

Kingston is beyond excited to go trick or treating now that he's able to walk around the neighborhood on his own. He's looking forward to dressing up as a pirate, just like Mr. Smee from Peter Pan. This costume would make his first real trick or treating experience feel extra special.
