Alexa has shown incredible strength throughout her life, entering the child welfare system after surviving serious hardship, including being brought to the United States against her will and enduring abuse from relatives who were supposed to care for her. Despite all of that, she continues moving forward with real courage. Those who know her describe her as talkative, cheerful, and respectful, someone with a warm personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with others. Alexa loves boxing, spending time with friends, being outdoors, and working whenever she gets the chance.

Alexa is preparing to transition from a group home into a foster home, a change that excites her but also brings real anxiety since she's never had the steady support of a family environment.
