Connor, 18 years old, PA | 44 DAYS WAITING

Connor is a very intelligent, active young man who is always looking to spice things up. Connor had a rough upbringing, which led to his placement in a residential program. Connor's mother has expressed that she does not feel able to continue caring for him due to concerns regarding his behaviors, personality, and individual needs. She has indicated that she does not believe she can provide the level of support and care he requires at this time.

Connor has a genuine curiosity about how things work, and a V8 Engine Building Kit would give him the perfect outlet to explore that. Building the engine piece by piece would let him dive into mechanics and car design in a real, hands-on way, developing patience, problem-solving, and focus along the way. Watching something he built actually operate would give Connor a real sense of pride and accomplishment, along with a constructive, engaging activity he can turn to in his free time.
