Calen, 5 years old, MO

Calen is a bright boy who recently entered foster care. He is so full of energy and is always on the go. He has been very adamant that his favorite food is tomatoes and salads and that he does not like desserts. He attends school and is very excited to let everyone know he is learning his number and can count "really high". He is so fun to be around and always quick to invite others to play with him.

Calen recently entered care and still needs many basics. Right now, he has enough clothing to get through these last warm months, but he doesn't have a winter coat, and once the weather turns cold, that gap will become a real problem. Getting Calen a proper winter coat now would help make sure he's prepared and warm before the season changes, rather than going without once the cold arrives.
