Gemma is an independent, goal-focused young woman who has shown incredible determination. She has always loved working with children, and after spending over three years at a local daycare, she recently achieved her dream of opening her own in-home daycare business. Looking ahead, Gemma plans to attend community college to continue growing her career in early childhood education. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, walking her dog, and spending time with friends.

Gemma runs her own in-home daycare six days a week and currently cares for eight children by herself, from just a few months old up to age four. Her days start around 8 am and often don't end until the last child is picked up around 6 pm, all without any extra staff to give her a break. Because of how long and demanding her days are, she relies on coffee most mornings just to get going. An espresso machine would give her an easy way to make a good cup of coffee at home before she starts another full day of caring for other people's kids.
