Jameson was born prematurely at just 27 weeks and has spent considerable time in the NICU. He has faced significant challenges and has already undergone two surgeries. He is scheduled for another surgery to correct a perforated bowel and to have both a G-tube and a colostomy bag placed, which should help him gain weight appropriately. When his health began to decline, his birth parents left him at the hospital and have not visited since. He and his twin brother are being discharged to their foster home.

Jameson has weekly visits with his twin brother to spend time with their biological family. A warm jacket that can be safely worn while secured in his car seat would help keep him warm and comfortable during the long car rides to and from these important visits. For Jameson, a new jacket will ensure that he remains cozy during his travels.
